45 members recently attended First Aid Training sessions provided by paramedic volunteers from Central Fast Response and are now much more able and confident to deal with medical emergencies – until such time as the professionals arrive. Read more

This was the second South Solihull u3a Crazy Golf Championship played at the world-renowned Four Ashes Adventure Golf Course. All players had a great time with plenty of laughs and frivolity. After the competition, many retired to the nearby watering hole - namely the Drum and Monkey - for some well earned lunch. Read more
