The Poetry Reading group held its first meeting at Solihull Library.  We were given a quiet, comfortable area in which to meet.  Time went very quickly and smoothly and before we knew it, it was time to read the last poem.

For the first meeting, the themes of our choices were ‘Favourite Poems’, ‘Poems we just enjoyed reading' and ‘Poems with a special meaning’.

The group made a wonderful variety and amazing choices of poems.  It was relaxed, interesting, and with a fair amount of laughter.
