Most liked the book and thought the lipogrammatic plot was a clever and unique idea.  There was discussion about the societal aspects of dictatorship (Nollopton Council) and why people comply meekly when in the majority.  It was felt that this part of the plot could have been expanded upon to further improve the storyline.
